Well, the shows are starting again, and in the last few days, we have received the following comments in emails regarding 3 young horses by Ace.

From Sarah

"Thought I'd drop you a quick note to fill you in on Jays first show success.

Firstly he was fantastic, couldn't ask for a better horse, you bred this one well (not that your others aren't lol)

Ok he got 5 firsts, a second and a third, also champion.

The impressive ones however are the 1st in Hunter in hand (halter) 1/5 and he got 2nd in Hunter under saddle out of 3 he would of won this event, however we went back to the trot for 1 or 2 strides and the judge saw it- bummer lol.

"you'd be happy to hear that yesterday at the clubs first show since EI two foals by Ace went around - and did well. My own PK (Acres Of Clover) had 2/2 in Halter and 2/3 in Led Trail. Sarah's horse Jay however blitzed a number of events and I believe was named Open Horse of the show - not bad for a 2 year old at a show that was rather large..." (Dam: Poco Peppy Kate)
